Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                             
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 180(JUD)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to persons who provide services related to                                     
    children; establishing a legislative task force on child services; and                          
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
